March 3-7 was officially proclaimed National School Breakfast Week in Liberty County. School breakfast foods were given exciting names like 'Pluto pancakes,' 'cosmic toast,' and 'applesauce galactica.' Some of the principals participated by serving breakfast to the students, and mayors from around the county visited the schools to sign the proclamations.
