Savannah Derby Devils' final home bout of the season welcomes military personnel

The Savannah Derby Devils will hold their final home bout of the 2013 season at the Savannah Civic Center Oct. 19. Looking to pay tribute to the men and women of the Armed Forces, the Derby Devils are offering free admission to all active military personnel.
Current active military personnel will need to present proper ID to receive free admission at the door.
Advance ticket purchase, for the general public, is available online until midnight before the day of the bout. Adult tickets are $12, family 4-packs are $26, children ages 3-12 are $2 and children under 3 are free. No hidden fees or surcharges on advance online ticket purchases.

T ickets may be purchased at the door starting at 4 p.m. the day of the event. Adult prices at the door are $13, children $2. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Credit cards and cash accepted at the door. Students and seniors with ID receive $1 off ticket price at the door. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for groups of 10 or more. Seating is general admission.
The double-header starts at 5 p.m. featuring the Derby Devils’ B-Team – The Hostess City Hellions against the Rogue Roller Girls of Fayetteville, N.C. At 7 p.m. the action continues when the Derby Devils’ All-Star team takes the track against the Classic City Roller Girls of Athens.
The double-header event includes two roller derby bouts, activities and half-time games for kids, raffle prizes, concessions and cold beer.
This is the last chance to catch the Derby Devils as they prepare to wrap up their seventh season.
