Who will run NBAR after the President of NBAR deployes to Iraq, and the Vice President goes home to where ever she is from. Because I would not donate money to a agency that has its officers in another state or country. Who is going to take over. New Avenues for Liberty Humane Shelter

Yesterday, started off rather terribly with the death of a puppy. He had been exposed to parvo and we thought he was going to be fine but after 7 days started showing the signs.
