I'd call the PD to respond next time you are confronted by it. There are noise ordinances, and there may be laws in place that cover the use of opprobrious language in the presence of minors.
If I had my cell phone in hand at the time I would have called HPD and public profanity is illegal.
Chapin98, I'm not sure the reference of your comment. Are you a taking up for them by putting me down? Are you a profanity thumper? Explain please, my seven year old grandson (not anyone for that matter) should be subject to the extreme profanity of some of these rappers, so I'll go where ever you want to take it!
The missing E was simply driving me crazy.
I am not a thumper, nor do I like the profanity laced music that I too hear coming from cars. I am also not a fan of the dual larger screen video displays broadcasting music videos (and I have seen much worse subject matter than music videos) to the backseat and the rest of the world. The worst thing I have seen is a video screen mounted on the dash so the driver can watch movies or videos while cruising along the Interstate at 8o mph.
You do not like misspelling, whereas, I do not like sarcasm. I certainly do not mind being corrected on my spelling, I do it often I'm sure. I am plain spoken and my intention is to get my point across with as little misspelling as possible, which I seem to be doing quite well. I do agree with you on the screens within drivers view and text messaging is out of hand as well, both very dangerous. I mainly got upset because of my grandson and other childern in the presence of the nasty language.
