I heard of a similar encounter a couple of years ago from a neighbor friend. I thought at the time it was just talk, but too much other injustices have surfaced that I know to be true.

I can personally attest to the injustices, it's truly unbelievable for someone trying to stop crime to be thrust in the middle of redneck innerbreding and get screwed from the very ones in the justice system that are sworn to protect.

Bet I can guess who the lawyer is, the go between for the Sheriff and the Judge. If the rednecks & their buddies hire that lawyer it's a sure walk, I have actually been told that by criminals (who have beat charges before) sitting in the court room. They have illegally twisted the justice system in Hinesville so their redneck kin and buddies are able to beat the charges brought about by the victims.

What kind of business is your friend in and how can the Sheriff put him out of business? Either way if threats like this were made by ANY law enforcement officer, his/her termination is way overdue.
