The Liberty Consolidated Planning Commission is sponsoring a one-day course on preventing erosion and related topics. Completion of this course is required for many contractors, builders, landscapers, et al. The usual fee is $150, but if you sign up for the August 5 workshop to be held in the Midway Civic Center you will only have to pay $100 and lunch is included.
