I read the article on Liberty County Chief Magistrate's opinion as to her unopposed re-election. One would think the bias comment on the reasoning (good job performance) would be stated as 'Truth' only if she actually won opposed. Her comment would be in comparison to the (opposed) Sheriff's campaign stating his "Proven Record". If "Proven Record" was 'Truth' why would you need a costly campaign commercial? Neither has logic, it's more likely the poor public politics has caught up with one and not 'YET' the other. This leads me to a question, after the election who would be appointed to the Magistrate position(s) if that office comes under investigation?

Investigation for what, discussing cases outside the court room with the ones involved instead of during the actual hearing?

JB, if you know circumstances and names you should sue for violating civil law. Just a thought, but you better get an attorney out of state.
