He does not deserve another trial. This is the problem with the death penalty. It takes soooo long to care out that the threat of the death penalty is not a deterrent to crime. He was found guilty by the jury of his peers, has had his appeals and lost, now it is time for closer.

If the DA would prosecute the witnesses that recanted, this b/s would stop in all cases that WILL follow this!
