Not trying to be ugly! I would have used email due to prank phone calls. Just saying.

We as citizens in every town, city of Liberty County need to rise up and become a part of a neighborhood watch and start being our neighbors keeper.

I applaud you Lonnie Teague for wanting to do so. I, myself, am working with Hinesville Police co-ordinate getting a neighborhood watch going in our area.

Let's face it law enforcement at any level, from city/town, to county, to state level cannot properly serve us if we don't get on board as citizens and help each other out and help our law enforcement out.

Back in the 80's I started a neighborhood watch when I lived on Franklin Street because of a peeping tom and although those were not as well known back then regarding neighborhood watches, law enforcement in most towns and counties have great neighborhood watches and they encourage it.

I am now working to get one going in my current neighborhood because of recent events this year with having a person or persons selling and distributing drugs.

The neighborhood I currently live in has for the past 24 years, Mills Creek Subdivision been and still is for the most part a quiet neighborhood and folks respecting each other, however in light of this years events we need to get a neighborhood watch going to ensure we get to keep that quiet community quality of life and protect each other as neighbors and our children.

We need to mobilize as a group neighborhood watch within Liberty County and each person who has or is starting one or wants to start one do go to your respective law agencies to get it going. Believe me they do want us to start communicating as citizens between us and them.

You can also join us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/groups/COHCGA and lets start networking and help each other no matter what community we live in Liberty County.

If you want to make contact with me as well you can email me at LCarol2017@gmail.com and I will be most happy to direct you wherever needed to get a neighborhood watch going in your area.
