We live in world where Right wing nuts think an unarmed black teen in Ferguson is a “thug” but armed anti-goverment white extremists in Nevada are heroes.

The instant the news broke that 18-year-old Michael Brown was slain by a Ferguson, Missouri cop the inevitable happened. Police officials dusted off a well-worn "cover themselves" template. They would either hold a press conference, publicly release, or leak documents that depicted Brown as having gang ties, smoked dope, dealt dope, had an arrest record, was a school troublemaker, or engaged in some kind of deviant behavior. With Brown, they added to their "cover themselves" template by waving pictures to the national press that purported to show Brown robbing a convenience store moments before he was gunned down.

When the Ferguson police department released the name of Darren Wilson, they also chose to release video footage which they claimed was of Michael Brown robbing a convenience store for some cigars. The problem is, the video shows Michael Brown at the register, paying for the cigars. I wondered why he would go the register to steal Cigars. It didn't add up.

The store owner never called police about Michael Brown because there was never a Robbery!! A bystander tipped the police off that Mr. Brown had a few words with the owner.

Robbery or not we do not execute unarmed people who are surrendering. This is America the land of the free-where everyone has the right to due process even if they're guilty. We don't execute people in the streets.

The store owner said he didn't call the police. He didn't say he didn't steal anything. He sounded scared of reprisals if he did

PoliticsNation commented on Tuesday, Aug 19, 2014 at 15:52 PM

There was no reason for him to be scared ---let's not forget this event took place before the riots or shootings. If it was a robbery he would have called immediately! He paid for the cigars and HIM AND HIS FRIENDS PUT THE ONES BACK HE COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR..

PoliticsNation commented on Tuesday, Aug 19, 2014 at 15:55 PM

also, the Police officer that shot him dead had no idea about the so-called incident that took place earlier. Also, the police officer NEVER called the shooting in...

"and he and his friends put the cigars back that they couldn't afford."

Also- the owner wasn't afraid to come from behind the register and interact with him.

BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack
Posted by Jim Hoft on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, 10:00 AM

The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

This comes after St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter tweeted out last night that a dozen local witnesses confirmed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s version of the Brown shooting story.

More… The St. Louis County Police told reporters after the shooting that the police officer involved suffered facial injuries. He “was hit” and the “side of his face was swollen.”

@gacpl-this is going to be a tough case. My prayer-- justice is served.

Funkentelecky commented on Tuesday, Aug 19, 2014 at 22:12 PM

PN, that's all we want, instead of judging the officer as guilty because of this tragic accident.

HMJC commented on Wednesday, Aug 20, 2014 at 10:30 AM

PN, what do you perceive as justice being served? As for the "cigar" semantics; why does the video show brown assaulting the clerk? If he paid for them it is moot point as it has no direct correlation to browns actions.

HMJC commented on Thursday, Aug 21, 2014 at 14:36 PM

The only "justice" that will be acceptable for the Ferguson crowd is Wilson being convicted.

Justice for the PD will be Wilson being exonerated.

It all depends on what your personal picture of justice looks like.

This alludes to my original question of what happens if the investigation finds that brown's actions directly correlated to his demise and the officer acting with-in the confines of the law?

As the hysteria continues each day it is becoming more apparent that brown at the very least acted in a violent fashion; keep in mind you cant break a mans eye socket with your hands up...

PoliticsNation commented on Thursday, Aug 21, 2014 at 22:36 PM

@gacpl your source is not valid. The officer did not suffers the injuries reported by the Gateway Pundit. It's unfortunate that conservative outlets would rather report lies than get to the bottom of the truth...
