The store owner said he didn't call the police. He didn't say he didn't steal anything. He sounded scared of reprisals if he did
There was no reason for him to be scared ---let's not forget this event took place before the riots or shootings. If it was a robbery he would have called immediately! He paid for the cigars and HIM AND HIS FRIENDS PUT THE ONES BACK HE COULDN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR..
also, the Police officer that shot him dead had no idea about the so-called incident that took place earlier. Also, the police officer NEVER called the shooting in...
"and he and his friends put the cigars back that they couldn't afford."
Also- the owner wasn't afraid to come from behind the register and interact with him.

BREAKING REPORT: Officer Darren Wilson Suffered “Orbital Blowout Fracture to Eye Socket” During Mike Brown Attack
Posted by Jim Hoft on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, 10:00 AM
The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.

Michael Brown robbed a Ferguson convenience store the morning of his death.
Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an “orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket.” This comes from a source within the Prosecuting Attorney’s office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.
A blowout fracture is a fracture of one or more of the bones surrounding the eye and is commonly referred to as an orbital floor fracture. (AAPOS)
This comes after St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter tweeted out last night that a dozen local witnesses confirmed Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s version of the Brown shooting story.

Officer Darren Wilson left the state of Missouri last week.
More… The St. Louis County Police told reporters after the shooting that the police officer involved suffered facial injuries. He “was hit” and the “side of his face was swollen.”
PN, what do you perceive as justice being served? As for the "cigar" semantics; why does the video show brown assaulting the clerk? If he paid for them it is moot point as it has no direct correlation to browns actions.
Not to attempt to speak for PN or Funk, but the message in my view is clear. I want the same thing they want. All that is needed is JUSTICE: proper consideration to the claims of everyone concerned; fairness.
My OPINION though, is that JUSTICE sometimes is very hard to find. The legal system is all we've got and IMHO it is flawed and is far from perfect.
The only "justice" that will be acceptable for the Ferguson crowd is Wilson being convicted.
Justice for the PD will be Wilson being exonerated.
It all depends on what your personal picture of justice looks like.
This alludes to my original question of what happens if the investigation finds that brown's actions directly correlated to his demise and the officer acting with-in the confines of the law?
As the hysteria continues each day it is becoming more apparent that brown at the very least acted in a violent fashion; keep in mind you cant break a mans eye socket with your hands up...
@HMJC: Like I said. The system is flawed but it is the only way we have to get to the truth. (see Casey Anthony, OJ, Zimmerman etc.)
Pure truth; Justice, tho is an elusive commodity.
@gacpl your source is not valid. The officer did not suffers the injuries reported by the Gateway Pundit. It's unfortunate that conservative outlets would rather report lies than get to the bottom of the truth...
