My Chase card was stolen. I requested them to cancel my card and to send me a new card. No big deal, Right? They shipped it out but UPS lost the card and refused to take any responsibility for it. Called back in to get card canceled as I did not know in whose hands it had fallen. I was told it would take ten business days to mail out the refund. That was 7/14/14. It is now 8/5/14 and when I called to ask about my check I was told it was mailed on 7/20/14 and I should wait until 7/15/14 before requesting another check, at which time, if I still had not received my money, the whole process would start over. Yes, that's right, I would have to wait another month. I've already been charged for a card I never received. Now I must wait for another month in hopes that somehow they will bless me with my money. What chaps me the most is their total lack of concern. I spoke with a supervisor who was of no help at all. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he put me on hold for over five minutes (Yes I Timed It) before transferring me to her voice mail. I am not holding my breath to ever hear from her(and yes, I do have names).
