Leave it to Joe to come out and blurt an asinine response to the downed jet crisis. Apparently he has it all figured out... and I quote; "Putin Has No Soul". Sounds like the administration is on track...

However; the latest news blub form the white house is there is no way to tie the downing of the jet to Russia which was my exact point in my previous blog.

I hate to say I told ya so but; I told ya so... Nobama's attempt to use this situation to appear relevant has petered out. Yet another failed attempt and display of foreign policy ineptness. Don't be surprised if he try's to use the conflict in Israel to once again; appear relevant. As much to do is made about him being undermined by the GOP; he does a great job doing it to himself...

Doesn't surprise me that Biden saw emptiness in Putin's eyes where W. saw a shining soul.

Last time I checked Russia is an atheistic State. And W. did mountains of Cocaine in his college days and early adulthood. It's widely known one can find God while high on that white powder. Or lay claim that they can see GOD.

Sorry HMJC, the Blog is nothing more than political spin. That's all.

But when the spin is TRUTH, then it ceases to be spin, no?

I still find it incredible that a large number of Dems are touting Biden as a serious 2016 presidential candidate. Somebody needs to tell those folks that we need to get past national jokes as President and get somebody with some gravitas in there. At the private parties where the Dems make strategy, somebody needs to quote Fred G. Sanford re a Biden presidential candidacy and say:

At least Biden doesn't have pubic hair on his head but he does have a legacy, whether you like it or not, and Biden would beat Rand Paul (pubic hair guy) hands down. The only way Randy would win would be if he started using Brill Cream. Or maybe, some form of cement mixture on his locks.

HMJC commented on Wednesday, Jul 23, 2014 at 14:46 PM

Just for the record; I don't write the news. This isn't the first time Joe Dirt offered up some "advice". We all remember the "Just use a shotgun and fire it up in the air"...

Biden has been nonessential from day one. If our country is silly enough to think he is qualified to be our next president; we are in worse shape than I thought...

JimmyMack commented on Wednesday, Jul 23, 2014 at 22:17 PM

OK. Nevertheless he has a historic string of political victories. He, like all the others, has his warts.

sebekm commented on Wednesday, Jul 30, 2014 at 15:19 PM

And those warts are HUGE. He can't keep his foot out of his mouth, and in the area of diplomacy - if he were President - it would be a DISASTER. I agree with HMJC: Biden has been nonessential from day one. Used to be that VPs were good for state funerals and world tours where they would show the flag but say very little. We can thank Dubya for THAT change, but it hasn't helped this country where Biden is concerned.

OK. Go tell the people of Delaware that Joe is a 'disaster.' You fellas may not like his politics, but he brings home the bacon to his home state. As V.P. he's earned the right to talk at times with 'a foot in his mouth.' He just does it at the same time he is eating his bacon. Other than that he is a good guy.

That's more good than I can say about Cheney. War Criminal extraordinaire. A war time profiteer if there ever was one.

HMJC commented on Friday, Aug 01, 2014 at 07:59 AM

I cant dispute that fact but he also understood the military complex which is a critical task. I hate to keep saying "I" but my first tour was at Talil Airbase. There were bunkers of Scuds and a couple intermediate missiles. Was that the "Big Find" ; No but if they were there; there were more. The world lives through the looking glass obtaining most of their information through the internet and TV. The media has been fighting our wars since WW1. The only thing that has changed is the slant and how they choose to portray it.

sebekm commented on Wednesday, Aug 06, 2014 at 14:10 PM

The people in Delaware kept sending Biden back to Washington because he brought home the bacon. Obama chose him as VP because he saw him as affable and harmless. But what we DON'T need in the White House is MORE harmless comic relief. We've had too much of that over the past 15 years.

As for Cheney - I always admired him, beginning with his early days as a Wyoming Representative right through his service as VP. He did an especially good job as SecDef during Gulf War I. The fact that he is so hated by the left only elevates his stature as far as I am concerned. I find it particularly interesting that he is so vilified by the left notwithstanding his support for homosexuals in government (Pete Williams was his assistant for many years) and in the home (gay marriage and daughter Mary). Just goes to show you that the hypocrisy on the left knows no bounds.

JimmyMack commented on Saturday, Aug 09, 2014 at 07:47 AM

In regards to gay marriage, Cheney is one of the few on the Right that gives the act his 'blessing.' He, like most Republicans, only will bless the union IF it involves one of their own family members.

Other than that Cheney is a profiteering war criminal who happens to have a Lesbian daughter.

“Greater Good”, a point or ideology that has been defined, perceived, twisted, etc. So what does this mean? Is it fair to even apply this concept as at the end of the day whatever the definition is construed; Man is still making that determination. So now here we are with ...

The ISIL Solution...

I am a little distressed with our Commander and Chumps methodology to address the ISIL. He has zero military experience and has already displayed a complete ineptness dealing with foreign policy.
