"I Don't Mind A Parasite. I Object To A Cut-Rate One."
When it comes to voter fraud, denial isn’t a river in Egypt, it’s the state the Democrats are in. The Dems simply don’t want you to believe voter fraud exists.
I was amused by PN’s blog which contends that UFO sightings are more common than voter fraud. Of course, in that case the premise is that UFO sightings are not to be believed, and what appears to be doesn’t really exist. So I thought I’d have a little fun with those thoughts, and take them to the next level.
Let’s examine the premise that voter fraud rarely if ever occurs, if it exists at all – that it’s all smoke and mirrors cooked up by the Republicans. Why? Solely because the Democrats say so. But as reasonable and rational people, to play this game we’ll have to suspend our powers of observation and critical thinking, ignore the facts and history, and……just……go…..along. So let’s take a stroll down memory lane, and try to convince ourselves that the following documented historical facts and events……never……really…….happened:
*On January 28, 2014, a Los Angeles jury found state Sen. Roderick D. Wright –DEMOCRAT, guilty on eight felony counts of perjury and voter fraud. Wright's jury found that he had lied about his address on voter registration and candidacy documents in 2007 and 2008 as he prepared to seek the Senate seat he holds. The jury also found that he voted fraudulently in five elections in 2008 and 2009.
*In April 2011, a Tunica County, MS jury convicted NAACP official Lessadolla Sowers on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots. Sowers was identified on an NAACP website as a member of the Tunica County NAACP Executive Committee. She received a five-year prison term for each of the ten counts.
*In September 2012, Wendy Rosen - a Maryland DEMOCRATIC candidate - quit her congressional race after her own party told state officials that she had committed fraud by voting in both Maryland and Florida in recent elections. Rosen’s announcement came the same day the state Democratic party released a letter to state Attorney General Douglas Gansler and state prosecutors reporting the allegations against Rosen. “The Maryland Democratic Party has discovered that Ms. Rosen has been registered to vote in both Florida and Maryland since at least 2006; that she in fact voted in the 2006 general election both in Florida and Maryland; and that she voted in the presidential preference primaries held in both Florida and Maryland in 2008,” wrote Yvette Lewis, the state party chair.
*On March 12, 2013, Four DEMOCRATS involved in an upstate New York voter fraud scandal were sentenced for their respective roles. The group consisted of a former city clerk, an ex-City Councilman, a Democrat operative, and a Committeeman who a year earlier had declared ballot forgery in upstate New York to be "a normal political tactic." Those sentenced were cooperating witnesses in a scheme which saw dozens of voters testify that absentee ballots had been submitted in their names during the 2009 Working Families Party (WFP) primary. Securing the WFP line allowed Democrat candidates to obtain more votes in the general election.
In the scheme, Democrats preyed on those they felt were the most vulnerable members of society - those who were the easiest targets for their voter fraud scheme. For instance:
• They targeted immigrants who struggled with the English language and had little knowledge of the U.S. election process.
• They targeted college kids with little money, paying them for their voter registration cards.
• They targeted people living in low-income housing because there was a sense that poor people were “less likely to ask any questions.”
• They tricked mentally disabled individuals into signing over their absentee ballots.
• They targeted these people because of their susceptibility to such fraud, but also the unlikeliness that these groups would ever catch on to the scheme - and if so, the unlikeliness that they would ever report it.
The four Democrats sentenced admitted to a wide range of criminal activity, which included falsifying business records, offering false instruments, and forgery.
*In Virginia in 2012, Patrick Moran, the son of DEMOCRATIC U.S. Rep. Jim Moran, became the poster child for voter fraud after he was documented on a hidden camera coaching an undercover conservative operative on how to forge a utility bill to vote for someone else. At the time, the younger Moran was working on his father's campaign in Northern Virginia.
*The NAACP National Voter Fund registered a dead man to vote in Lake County, Ohio, in 2004. That same year, out of 325 voter registration cards filed by the NAACP in Cleveland, 48 were flagged as fraudulent.
*As of 2011, at least 54 individuals employed by or associated with the now-defunct ACORN organization were convicted of voter fraud. And ACORN – which stood for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now - was itself convicted of voter fraud in Nevada in April of 2011.
*In April of 2013, two Indiana DEMOCRATIC Party officials were convicted on multiple counts of election fraud. Longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. was found guilty of felony conspiracy counts to commit petition fraud and forgery, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe was found guilty of felony forgery counts and falsely making a petition. The basic accusation involved their faking petitions that enabled (now President) Obama - then an Illinois senator - and Hillary Clinton to get on the Indiana presidential primary ballot in 2008. Morgan was accused of being the mastermind behind the plot. According to testimony from two former Board of Election officials who pled guilty, Morgan ordered Democratic officials and workers to fake the names and signatures that Obama and Clinton needed to qualify for the presidential race. Blythe, then a Board of Elections employee and Democratic Party volunteer, was accused of forging multiple pages of the Obama petitions.
*In October 2013, the former chief of staff of a DEMOCRATIC Florida congressman was sentenced to 90 days in jail after admitting to a voter fraud scheme during the 2012 election. Jeffrey Garcia pled guilty to one felony charge and three misdemeanor charges after admitting he illegally requested hundreds of absentee ballots while he was running the campaign for Rep. Joe Garcia (no relation). Henry Bell, the convicted Garcia’s lawyer, said that his client never intended to steal anyone’s vote: “All they did was request the ballots. The way they did it was in violation of the applicable statutes, and that's it."
(Editorial Note: Righhhhhhhhhhhhht. And I guess it was a coincidence or just plain “bad luck” that the scheme was discovered BEFORE anyone’s vote could be “stolen.”)
*And let’s not forget what happened in Pennsylvania during the November 2012 Presidential election. One particular presidential candidate didn’t get a single vote in 59 precincts. You guessed it – the candidate was Mitt Romney, and he was SHUT OUT 19,605-0 in 59 voting divisions. Unbelievable but true. Also – Philadelphia, PA is where 75 legal and credentialed Republican election workers were blocked or removed from the polls on Election Day. And don’t forget that Pennsylvania is the Democratic state where a duly legislated voter ID law was blocked by a judge for the 2012 election. (I wonder which presidential candidate carried Pennsylvania in the 2012 election by a relatively slim margin of less than 300,000 votes? I’ll give you three guesses, and the first two don’t count.)
Romney was similarly blanked (i.e., SHUT OUT – NO VOTES) in nine precincts in nationally pivotal and heavily Democratic Cuyahoga County, Ohio, centered on Cleveland, where he did even worse than third-party candidates.
If this isn’t clear and convincing evidence of voter fraud, I don’t know what is.
*Earlier this month - in an interesting (but some might say an “appropriate”) twist - DEMOCRAT Texas state representative Lon Burnam lost his March 4 primary by just 111 votes to Ramon Romero. Burnam alleges that he lost BECAUSE OF VOTER FRAUD. Burnam has filed a lawsuit to have the election data reviewed “to determine if there were hundreds of illegally cast ballots.” Burnam’s statement included the following:
“I believe I have no choice after receiving multiple reports of an illegal computerized-signature vote-by-mail operation run to benefit my opponent. This operation appears to have clearly violated state law. I have received reports from voters in the district who say they were approached at their door by campaign workers of unclear affiliation who asked them to fill out a vote-by-mail application on an electronic tablet device such as an iPad.”
*Finally, let’s not forget the case of Ms. Melowese Richardson, who confessed to and was convicted of multiple federal felonies by voting for President Obama six times in the 2012 presidential election. Ms. Richardson’s Democratic Party celebrity status was confirmed earlier this week at a “voting rights rally” in Cincinnati where she was met with an energetic round of applause from the audience and a hearty embrace from the Reverend Al Sharpton.
These are just a few instances (let’s call them a “smidgen”) of the documented DEMOCRATIC PARTY voter fraud you can find online if you want to. I could list dozens of additional examples which have just as deleterious and far-reaching effects as the above. But this blog is long enough – I won’t lengthen it with what would essentially be legitimate but redundant examples. For the same reason, I won’t clutter up this blog with all the links where I sourced the above information. If you want to read more or if you question the veracity of any of the documented historical facts I have provided above, you can google them yourself. Similarly, if you really do want to find more examples, go to google.com; type the words “democratic party documented convicted voter fraud” in the search window; click the search button; and enjoy. If you want to be even-handed about it, leave out the words “democratic party” and you’ll get the skinny on BOTH SIDES. But be sure to identify and ignore those “smokescreen” links which contend that voter fraud doesn’t exist – because now you know better.
Next, in addition to all of the above documented, historical facts, there are several published articles which outline the ways and means by which the Democrats perpetrate and perpetuate voter fraud.
*An article in the American Thinker titled: “For Those Who Don’t Believe In Election Fraud” contains excerpts from a letter by a young Democrat named Nick Moreno, who observed a Democratic Party election fraud operation in Kansas “up close.” In those extracts, Mr. Moreno chronicles ‘the various tools Democrats use to steal elections.” The article also contains a link to a story written by Barbara Shelly of the Kansas City Star titled: “Yes, the Rizzo-Royster race turned on voter fraud.” Here are the links to both of these articles:
*Additionally, Horace Cooper has written an excellent article titled: “Voter Fraud is Real: Why the Voting Rights Act Should Be Used to Fight Election Fraud.” This article outlines from a historical perspective how voter fraud has been perpetrated and perpetuated by the Democrats down through the years. The article also includes an overview of the voter fraud history of my original home town and state: Chicago, Illinois – where a doctoral thesis on voter fraud (or at least a great how-to-do-it book) could be written. It is certainly an interesting read – for those who are open-minded enough to WANT to believe. See:
*Finally – for those who REALLY want to get into the weeds, there is this article by James Simpson posted at Accuracy in Media. The article reveals the down-and-dirty, nitty-gritty on “the left’s vote fraud strategy.” I don’t vouch for the accuracy of the information in this article, but what it portrays is certainly consistent with the documented, historical facts presented above. See:
So there it is – what the Democrats don’t want you to believe: conclusive, overwhelming, and documented historical evidence of voter fraud by their own voters, their own candidates, their political operatives, their sympathizers, and their various and nefarious schemes to get it all done. Why do they do it? Because they greatly benefit, that’s why. You better believe that if the GOP benefited as much from voter fraud as the Democrats do, they (the Republicans) wouldn’t be the champions of voter ID laws to the extent they are. But that conjecture – and to focus on the relative numbers of identified voter fraud (i.e., apprehensions and convictions) - misses the point of why voter fraud is such an important issue.
The Democrats contend that voter ID laws “suppress the vote.” In this case, they are absolutely correct with one modification: voter ID laws suppress the ILLEGAL vote. It is precisely because voter ID laws are designed to eliminate votes that overwhelmingly benefit DEMOCRATIC PARTY CANDIDATES that the Democrats are so much against them. The bottom line is that the Democratic Party doesn’t want an HONEST voting system – they just want to win. They want VOTES – any way they can get them. Legal or not.
Voter fraud is not a myth; it is not a “vast right wing conspiracy,” nor is it akin to UFO sightings. It exists in this country, and that’s why an overwhelming majority of Americans support voter ID laws. Conscientious, concerned, and knowledgeable citizens across the country understand that the vote is one of our most sacred rights and privileges. Our votes determine our future and the future of our descendants. Our voting rights and privilege deserve to be protected to the fullest extent otherwise the cheaters win, and our citizens – and our democratic way of life - lose.
So what does all of this PROVE? It proves that when it comes to the smoke and mirrors that comprise the Democrats’ objections to voter ID and their denial of voter fraud, your best approach is to:
TRUST NO ONE
(At least no one who spouts the Democratic Party line on voter fraud, that is……)
