TODAY'S POLL, as of 11:16 pm 25 feb

What do you think of the bill, now in the state Senate, that would allow guns to be carried in places such as churches, bars and schools?

@gacpl. !!!!! Where did those numbers come from?!! I find them astonishing, to say the least. However, you are a very reliable source. Would you reveal the source for the tally above please?

Thanks you...

"Where did those numbers come from?!"

Good question. From my research, the above numbers appear BOGUS. According to an AJC poll taken last month:

"An Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll in January found that 78 percent of Georgia registered voters opposed allowing guns on college campuses; 72 percent opposed allowing guns in churches; and 82 percent would require any gun owner who wanted to carry a weapon in public to first take a safety course."

Danka Sebe. I believe in the second amendment allowing the right to bear arms as I have some. I just do not think we need MORE of them in schools, churches and lawwd have mercy: BARS.

Can you imagine any worse scenario for potential bloodshed with one allowing likker, pistols, and women together at the same time? Or say, Tot kicking my bar stool our from under me as I am quaffing down a cold $3.00 brewskie? Or vice versa.
