Pedestrian struck by car in Hinesville

Take Me To Post Comment Form

I'm suprized we don't see this in the paper more often here in hinesville. people walking at night wearing all dark colors making it where you can not see them until it's too late, people walking right out in front of cars in Wal-mart's parking lot. people need to know that the "pedestrian has the right-away" is not absolute. if you are at a stop light the light set who has the right-away. when crossing in a cross walk if the car is with in 50 ft of the cross walk before you step into it the car has the right away.
