Please read a few ACA Obamacare success stories before signing up. The conservatives will comeback with horror stories and fear tactics but the truth is thanks to the POTUS everyone is entitled to healthcare.
62% of US bankruptcies are due to medical bills, and 4 out of 5 of the people who filed HAD HEALTH INSURANCE.
I Enrolled in Obamacare and I Like It
In 2008 unknowingly purchased junk policy. 2009 hospitalized as I was drowning internally from fluid retention due to lymphedema, unable to walk, and oxygen saturation of less than 60%. I had been turned away from the hospital 2 weeks earlier. Hospitalized for one month and then in Nursing Home for 2 months. Over $200,000.00 in unpaid medical bills after insurance. ACA passed 2010, with a plan implemented for people with pre-existing illnesses(PCIP). Insured by PCIP in 2011. Insurance literally save my life. Every doctor, clinic, and hospital used has accepted insurance. I have had many tests, procedures, surgery and was authorized to get an electric wheelchair. Now transitioning to KY Health Exchange 1/2014. Premium and deductible to decrease by 1/3. Tank you President Obama for standing in the gap for people like me.

Okay I got on the site and filled out my application in no time. Also I had tried using Internet Explorer and my application was looping. Someone on this site told me to start a new application and I did using Google chrome and I had no problems. Now I am looking at the insurance plans. I just wished I lived in a state with a governor willing to work with the ACA and Medicaid expansion. Oh, that's okay we just elected a democrat who is willing to do that and next year he will be governor!!! So it will be even better for us!! Thank you President Obama for the ACA. Really people I will have paid $11,279 for insurance for two years. Not counting copays for medications, doctor visits, and other medical procedures. So I did have to make decisions about reducing heating and food costs. It was kind of silly I had insurance but could not afford the copays to see the doctor. The ACA will allow us to purchase affordable insurance so we can see a doctor and heat our homes too.
