...but at least the President is willing to "feel our pain," so that's a "plus 1" for him. (His overall total is still WAY in the negative.) According to none other than Vice President Joe Biden:
"The president tried to get online, and my daughter tried to get online," Biden said. "I did not, because it was clear that I wasn't getting online."
"Calling the performance of the site "inexcusable," the vice president said that "the pros" had told Obama the system was ready to go weeks before the launch."
248 sign-ups in a month... I'm curious on the 'political' party stats as far as those that have successfully signed on. Not so much the individual themselves, more the "location".
Perhaps better worded, I'm wondering if you live in a district that has been 'supportive' of this program since its inception if it is easier to sign-up from there than it is from a district that has been vocal against it from the word go?!?!
OOPS! I didn't say that well. The best they can give us is the numbers from the first couple of days of sign-up when at 'that' time it was estimated only 25million people would need to sign on and now the estimate is approximately 40million because of personal plans that don't meet the minimum standards.... hmmm!

I don't think so. I think the difficulty of enrolling is spread across the country, without regard to location. However, it is my understanding that the most serious difficulties that are hogging all the headlines have to do with the FEDERAL online operation. There are states which have set up their own exchanges and networks - separate from the federal operation. Those exchanges - and their enrollments - aren't the issue as far as the online difficulties. But one problem that affects EVERYBODY is that as a result of ObamaCare, insurance companies are jacking up their rates and canceling previously established health plans, and doctors and hospitals are "opting-out" of ObamaCare participation. These things - notwithstanding the federal online enrollment SNAFU - AFFECT EVERYBODY in one way or another.
