People in the south need to let go of the hate and face reality. Conservatives in the south are living in denial.

The Democrats will win the House in 2014!

In fact, we've already started- the Democrats picked up 8 seats in 2012.

GOP Falls 10 percentage points from September's 38%

A series of polls released Sunday show just how damaging the shutdown has been for the GOP. The liberal-leaning Public Policy Polling compiled two dozen surveys, commissioned and paid for by MoveOn.org Political Action, from House districts around the country, taken from Oct. 2 through Oct. 4. Sample sizes were between 600 and 700 voters in each district. (Huffington Post)

For Democrats to win a House majority, 17 seats would need to switch to their party's favor. Results show that would be within reach, as Republican incumbents are behind in 17 of the districts analyzed: CA-31, CO-06, FL-02, FL-10, FL-13, IA-03, IA-04, IL-13, KY-06, MI-01, MI-07, MI-11, NY-19, OH-14, PA-07, PA-08, WI-07. In four districts, the incumbent Republican fell behind after respondents were told their representative supported the government shutdown: CA-10, NY-11, NY-23, VA-02. Three districts saw GOP incumbents maintain their hold over their Democratic challengers, even after hearing their elected officials' views on the shutdown, including CA-21, NV-03 and OH-06.(Huffington Post)

Back in 2012, Democrats picked up eight seats in the House, closing the gap of Republican control to 234-201.

Not, just as the Tea Party trampled Obama and his minions after passage of the utmost corruption in 2010 "Obamacare" Look out for the same in 2014 because the IRS won't be able to suppress the vote this time like they did in 2012. We got our "Eye" on them this time around.

PN, here’s a synopsis of the pathway to passage of the most corrupt of all bills passed in congress and passed by Democrat Majorities alone and they own it and will pay regardless of what you believe in your progressive liberal polls.

Chief where is this guy, I agree with him in him about 85-90% of what he said. I really have a problem with what he actually does. Why doesn’t most of us regardless of party affiliation. And yes Sebelius has failed to implement the law effectively which is no surprise to me.

50+1 Vote in Senate to Pass Healthcare= NOT!

Negotiations and bi-partisan ideas exchanged so the American people can be involved in the process on C-Span= NOT!

Adding 4T in 8 years to the national debt is irresponsible NOT! I agree where are you?

Senator Obama on raising the debt ceiling =I agree NOT!

I truly don’t understand how good
people in this country can support a President that is so divisive and disingenuous?

Look out for the 2014 mid-terms; the Tea Party will be un-chained like 2010 because Obama and his minions have been exposed and won’t be able to suppress the Republican vote again like they did in 2012 :D

HI Funk: I respect your opinions very much, and am wondering if you are saying that the far right (Tea Party)will wrest control of the House GOP from 'Establishment Conservatives'?

Thanks
Jimmy

@Sheran: One can almost visualize the blood running down your jawline like a Shark regarding your comments :Go Funk! Stomp PN's fire out... the Obama Navigator wanna be."

What hate are you talking about? Are you saying just be cause we live in the South that automatically makes us haters? That is a reckless generalization to make in my humble opinion. I thought that as Americans we had the right to disagree with our elected officials no matter who they are. Apparently if anyone disagrees with the current administration that makes them a hater because President Obama is half-black.

Jimmy yes, in 2014 I predict more Tea Party Senators and Representatives will be elected. However I don’t think there will be enough to wrest control of the establishment leadership. However it befuddles me that you think someone that wants’ the Feds to just do what the constitution says they can do, limit taxes, spending and regulations and get the heck out of the way of free markets. The Feds need to concentrate on protecting the country and our God given rights!

Hi Funk. I am not so sure our founding fathers would endorse a 'movement' such as the Tea Party, whose essential message is 'it's OUR way or the highway.' A non-compromising political entity such as the Tea Party, to MY mind, is a dangerous threat to a balanced approach to fixing our problems. To me, the Tea Party is akin to the NSDAP perspective that emerged in Germany in the 1920's that promoted a dangerous total devotion to a Nationalistic political ideology.

I mean Funk, can you imagine that these Tea Party folks are running a Tea Party challenge against MITCH McCONNAL because he is not considered conservative enough!!! Mitch is the man you may recall that said he was committed to making BHO a one term President. He is one of THE most conservative elected individuals in the Republican Party. To the Tea Party though Mitch is just too LIBERAL for their tastes!!!

Now that is scary.
