The current situation is concerning on many levels. This is the second time the "Peoples Will" was excersized and has resulted in a country wide war zone. A metric has been set that if the majority does not care for the current regime it can just be overthrown. I am not a fan of Morsi as his first initial comments about the US relationship was contentious at best. If you recall during this time the quote of the day from obama was " I don't consider Eygpt an ally or an enemy" Then lets add the 20 F-16 fighters and 2 billion dollars in "Aid" that was still sent during this time. Now you have calls for the U.S. to condeme the "coup" and possibly provide aid. This just another "success" of the current administrations foregien policy efforts. When Murbarak was being "overthrown" the U.S. urged him to listen to the will of his people. Now what have we said for this case? We are very concerned...Now with this said, I cannot blame all of our foregien policy blunders on obama but his adminstration has failed miserably many times in the last 5 years. His lack of legitimite action at the time it has been needed have complicated where the rest of the world really sees us. There is no telling what is going to happen over the next few months. I guess we should be thankful this hasn't happened here...

This is one reason I think this Furlough of government employees is a bunch of CRAP.
This Furlough will save 47 million dollars while at the same time billions are being sent overseas.

Legacy??? Update
January 13, 2016
The outgoing Commander and Chump were in rare form last night. Almost every positive statistic he lauded were anomalies and semantics that portrayed a “positive” spin however; when you get into the actual facts of his claims 90% of his “accomplishments” were convoluted at best. In a nutshell he reached ...

Whose Fault Is It?
January 06, 2016
As 2016 starts we are already facing events that could shape the New Year. China continues to thumb its nose at the United States with the formation of islands in the disputed South China Sea and successfully landing aircraft on the newly established airstrips. The concern is pretty obvious; it ...

Groundhog Day II
November 25, 2015
Great question; none of them but I guess I don’t get off that easy... To be candid however I really don’t know and that is very scary by itself. All of the candidates are either old guard or too far left or right to make me feel confident that the ...

Groundhog Day
November 24, 2015
Does anyone find it ironic that a country that has been mostly pacifist for decades made some of the most decisive airstrikes against ISIS in the last year? This of course coupled with Russia’s response to the downing of one of its passenger jets makes one ponder if the USA ...
