TO my fellow bloggers who are shooting enthusiasts, you are aware of my frustration when it comes to finding ammunition. That of course is if you even find it. I am not going to go off on a tirade about about a government conspiracy or accuse the current administration of buying up an inordinate are bullets. My problem is with the local gun and pawn shop owners that are inflating the cost of what they do have. I get it, supply, demand, avaiability. However, I have found a couple of shops just accross the state line that still sell 22LR, 9MM, 223/5.56, 38, 45, and 40 for a resonable price considering. I recently was able to purchase 550rds of 22LR for $25, 50 9mm for $19, and 38 for $23. My beef is with on store in particular in town. "Mega-Pawn" I asked this cat how much for a box of 50 22LR; he was kind enough to offer me a deal of $22 a box...when I asked for the bulk price of 500, he was going to cut me a deal at the today only proce of $179. As much as I like to shoot there is no way I will give these cats any of my money for anything. I didn't bother to ask about any of the other calibers as I did not want to induce a cardiac event. My point is that place like this are out to screw over whoever walks through their doors. I should not be suprised but those prices were the most outragous I have seen to date. I guess at the end of the day I am disappointed that some buisnessess are that crooked

There are a couple of businesses and gun shops that are still pretty reasonable considering. MOst every place you go you are limited to one or two boxes of each caliber. My thing is I am not preparing for the apocalypse,I just like to shoot and I have a pretty good sized collection of firearms consisting of a lot of differnt calibers. This means I have a lot of mouths to feed if I want to go out with some friends or Scouts to shoot. Some of my firearms are ~$1 a bullet; kinda takes the fun out of it. I hope it gets somewaht better. I am considering making the move to reloading but for right now I am at the mercy of the man...

You will also see a chart posted by Certainly Not the News(CNN) but it ...

"F" For Liberty County School System II
July 27, 2017
As I sit and ponder the dismal education statistics of Liberty County School Systems people of differing opinions consistently allude to lack of funding. I will say that in their defense this country continues to cut costs at the expense of our children’s future. Now… as for Liberty Country; it ...

"F" For Liberty County School System
July 26, 2017
http://coastalcourier.com/section/5/article/87713/ This article says a whole lot concerning the state of the educational institution in Liberty County. The "success" rates are dismally low for example; an increase of 35%-37% is far from a good example of how well the school system is functioning. It kinda makes us go back to ...
