Is it just me, or is Holder Obama's Oliver North. How many blows to the body is this cat going to have to take for this administration? Fast and Furious, Benghazi, "reclused" from AP illegal inquiry, IRS, whats next?

I do not know HMJC. He is sure taking some shots. Unless they break him HRC will be back on track for 2016.

It's all gettting ready to bust loose: Benghazi, IRS, AP and more. The Dems are TOTALLY defensive, now. Their worse mistake was p*ssing off their bestest buddies - the "mainstream" media. I watched the Carney and Holder press conferences today and the press corps has FINALLY stopped giving them a pass. They acted like a pack of jackals - just like they usually do at press conferences for the GOP/conservatives. This has literally become the perfect storm, where these multiple stories all reinforce each other. My impression is that the AP business has got them really MAD. Reminds me of how it was with Nixon.

As more whistleblowers come forward on Benghazi; as more revelations hit the sunshine on the IRS (such as THIS:

and as the Dems start to break ranks like THIS:

my hunch is that there will be media digging and antagonism that Mr. Obama hasn't seen since he began his rise to power in Illinois. Carney made a comment during his "interrogation" by the WH press earlier today to the effect "imagine how that (whatever it was) would have played on Fox News." I also believe that the administration is going to find that they're all going to become like Fox News on these stories and whatever else gets unearthed over the next few months.

Heck - they might even re-open Fast and Furious. Don't laugh - hell hath no fury than that of a media scorned.

...and Hillary will not be immune from the fall-out. There are already calls to take her deposition on Benghazi and then subpoena her for public testimony before the select committee that appears likely to be appointed in the next few weeks. If you recall, she ran a television ad against Obama during the 2008 Dem primary which asked to the effect: "when there's a crisis in the world, who would you rather have taking the phone call at 3 a.m.?" The Benghazi hearings may very well delineate that that person should NOT be HRC, based on how she handled it and her "who cares/what difference does it make" attitude after the fact.

All of these stories are lining up to affirm that this administration is perfectly willing to LIE to achieve their ends. Up until now - it has been okay for them to lie to the American people; the press just looked the other way and Dem supporters could say "everybody does it - look at Bush." But when the administration starts investigating the PRESS, and are found to be deceitful toward THEM, it's a whole new ball game.

...and as to Holder being another Oliver North - IMHO Holder is getting exactly what he deserves. I think he is the least competent Attorney General I have ever seen - with the possible exception of John Ashcroft. Both of them (Holder and Ashcroft) would have a hard time maintaining their standard of living in private practice.

Do not disagree to Holders performance; he to date though has taken the punches and only provided "name, rank, and SSN"

sebekm commented on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at 15:30 PM

We're paying him a lot of money for very little performance.

"Greater Good"
October 28, 2014
“Greater Good”, a point or ideology that has been defined, perceived, twisted, etc. So what does this mean? Is it fair to even apply this concept as at the end of the day whatever the definition is construed; Man is still making that determination. So now here we are with ...

Crossroads
October 15, 2014
After pursing the “headlines” for the last couple of days it seems painfully apparent to me that our nation is at a perilous crossroad. We are mired in such discord that your average Dooms Day Prepper is doing jumping jacks saying “I told You So….” I try to do my ...

ISIS Endstate
October 08, 2014
Am I the only one that is concerned with the ineffective air campaign against ISIS? We seem to be going down the same road we did with Libya in regard to airstrikes that destabilize the region and disrupt the “enemy” but bring no semblance of peace and stability. Libya is ...

The ISIL Solution...
September 23, 2014
I am a little distressed with our Commander and Chumps methodology to address the ISIL. He has zero military experience and has already displayed a complete ineptness dealing with foreign policy. My first issue is the month long media blitz essentially describing when, what, and where we plan to strike; ...

9/11
September 11, 2014
My heart is very heavy today; the 13th anniversary of 9/11 still seems like it was yesterday… I remember being in the TOC in Bosnia watching on the screen just like it was yesterday. The same feelings of shock, sadness, and anger are still just as intense as it was ...
