Take Me To Post Comment Form

I had asked JM in one of Sebe's Blogs what great and wonderful acccomplishments has our current admistration have to pat themselves on the back about. JM responed, not suprisingly:

"What legitimate success has the current administration accomplished that has been positive for ALL Americans?"

Well, HMJC, I will have to start with positive success just for some before addressing the BIG ONE for ALL Americans.

BHO has led the fight for gun control legislation.

His Administration has led for immigration reform.

He has supported equality for Gays.

That's just some of the little things.

I am not going to say that these are not issues that need to be addressed. I am going to say that these are far from the issues that need addressing now. The listed accomplishments pander openly to his special interest groups and I dare say do not affect ALL Americans, only those of that domgraphic or belief. These accoplishments are a copout at best. Yet again I am preparing myself for the Charlie Brown express to set sail however, being a free man,I do not have to book a seat. So, I ask again, someone set me straight, what succesful change we can believe in has occured to date that is good for ALL Americans?

There is nothing Obama or anyone else can do (or not do) which will affect EVERY American.

BHO has led the fight to set up taking guns later on. rather then enforce the laws on the books right now.

he has tried to make 11 million illegal aliens legal to get more democrat votes in the future, rather then enforce the laws already on the books.

and while we have record unemployment, counting the millions that have quit looking for work and the underemployed. what we really need is to add 11 million more workers.

and as far as equality for Gays, how many really care? not enough to matter.

JM was not trying to misrepresent your post however, my focus was on the aforementioned "successes" and my opinion of their revelance. Like I said, depending on which way you lean directly drives your level of what is pertinent. My overall point is that these are not the number one issues our country is facing right now. These are easy issues to address and do not have an overall positive effect for all Americans. For example, I would like for us to put the same amout of effort into legal citizens before opening the door to add more to the public dole

Contrary to popular belief, no one wants peace more than a Soldier. Not because do not want to go but because we know the true horrors and decades of effects it has for wherever it has been waged. If we do become involoved I want us to be fully involved. Come hard, come fast, and put the "enemy down quick, hard, and fast. Now what needs to change is from that point we leave, not stay for decades. Provide guidance and aid dependent on the ability of the country to play nice with each other. JM, definetly not up for another war,
I've had my "fun" and do not wish for my Son to partake in some of my expierances.

I do love our Country and never have had the allusion that everyone will be of the same mindset as myself. The great thing about that is thats ok... we live in the greatest country in the world that allows us that freedom. I have seen man at his worst, I know what bad looks like. I think that is why I get so frustratred at times when some of the "serious" issues we discuss really are not all that bad...Regardless the whole point of this site is to observe different points of view and in some cases agree to disagree. DO take care all.

HMJC, he killed Hillary Clinton's career, also killed the democratic party even more so than our own Jimmy Carter did in the 1970's. As a respected friend of long standing who happens to be a black doctor near metro Atlanta told me before Obamas first election in 2008, Obama is the curse to the black folks as judist was a curse and betrayer to Jesus Christ. The bible teaches and warns of a false profit that comes from no where to become a leader and is a anti-Christ right before the end of the world, who does that remind everyone of?

Our military industrial complex and the sustainment of it has been a hoax in many ways and most right wingers and conservatives have simply allowed themselves to have been led blindly down the wrong road on numerous occasions.

We have invaded sovereign nations without a declaration of war about a half dozen times now since 1950.

As a result now virtually the entire world hates America and what we stand for.

Now we are faced with the likes of the Boston bombers on the one extreme and the Mcveighs on the other extreme.

Going off o a tangent...what is sad is the current state of our country is fair at best. At times it seems we are at war with ourselves. Of all of the atrocities commited, someone knew something was not right. However the typical turning of the blind eye contiues to be the status quo. I leave you with, If not you, then Who?

NO one wants to talk about anymore because it is another administration failure which deems it "not news worthy"

Thats exactly why the Low Information Voter re-elected him.

Hello Jimmy Darsey, I made a promise to myself to not respond to any negative post on and other wise great blog. However with your unending sarcasm with your applies, I find myself defending people on this site that are way more intelligent than you or I. Unlike you, I listened to my grandmother who taught me if you can't speak well of someone, don't speak at all. Unlike you I am not perfect with my typing, Unlike like you I am not in the political minority, have a sweet spouse that is nearly blind that thinks she can't do any better than you, that thanks he is right and the whole world is wrong. In the future I will refrain from commenting on your post because they are about as entertaining as two goats having intercourse.

I think you need to clarify yourself Sheran. Is he an anti-christ or The Anti-christ. There is a world of difference between the two.

The outgoing Commander and Chump were in rare form last night. Almost every positive statistic he lauded were anomalies and semantics that portrayed a “positive” spin however; when you get into the actual facts of his claims 90% of his “accomplishments” were convoluted at best. In a nutshell he reached ...
