I knew it was coming when the former House Speaker said to the effect that the law had to be implemented before everybody knew what was in it. And this is just the beginning. Wait until it has its FULL effect on the health care system and the funding requirements start kicking everybody's butts. Payroll tax increases were a given, but it was if nobody believed what they were being told. Income taxes will have to go up as well, as well as other entitlements PARED in order to pay for it. And the debt will continue to pile up.

To the Dems I quote that old Toyota commercial:

You Asked For It - YOU GOT IT!

I find the lack of responses telling. To me it says that even oboma supporters acknowledge that the "Affordable" healthcare act is far from perfect and in its current state does nothing to change the status quo. I gotta give it to the dems though, blaming the GOP for their failed policies is just another example of the kabooki dance in Washington

HMJC: Or it could be that the usual suspects are burned out on this topic. Either way there's probably little left to be said other than "I told ya so" when things start to really get bad.

Then the silence will truly be deafening....

Strike two for the brilliant foreign policy ineptitude of the current administration. He has stated that the US has the ability to "contain" further issues on the Asian Peninsula. So that means we can keep North Korea from conducting anymore nuclear testing/becoming a nuclear state, protect Japan from China's current ...

April 22, 2014
So, Wonderboy and his sidekick Oblivious Man have made the bold statement that we will stand with the Ukraine. I am kinda interested in what this means. We all know it means financial support along with who knows what else. Once again he is playing right into Putin's hand; he ...

AFH - Real Costs
November 22, 2013
This one'e for your Sebe... The following article does a good job of illistrating what the real costs are to the "average" American. It also details the enormous amount of inconsistency between states. Don't really have to say more; the article speaks for itself. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/11/21/affordability-obamacare-plans-varies-state-county/3641821/

White House Blocks Media Access

Well I guess in an attempt to reduce the amount of negative publicity; the white house started restricting Press access to more of Obama’s press events… I guess it is hard to get negative publicity when you pick and choose who can provide the information. The article is worth a ...

"I Don't Trust America"... The New Battle Cry
November 21, 2013
The latest statement by Karzai of Afghanistan is that “he does not trust the Americans”; this of course after almost finalizing a deal that will pump billions in his country. Iran continues to be conciliatory however if anyone thinks they are going to reduce their nuclear program I have some ...
