BHO's reactions to Ben Carson Speech

Last month at the National Prayer Breakfast Dr. Ben Carson speech was an overall success with mixed reactions from different groups of the political spectrum. Most of us agree with his American philosophy in regards to fairness, the economy and healthcare. I stumbled upon a video that was made by LifeLibertyNow where the narrator is mocking the good doctor by what he thought the President was thinking as the doctor is speaking. This is entertaining while I personally think a few points are almost right, but most of them are way off base and funny. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Ah yes! A right wing conservative mind-reader who missed his calling to become a circus side-show fortune teller. The abilities of the right to read minds is on full display here in this clip and on the Fox News Channel.

Sorry, Funk, but it doesn't wash. And we have already beat this horse on this blog site.

It has all the qualities associated with whispering secrets up a dead mule's A$$.

Funkentelecky commented on Thursday, Mar 14, 2013 at 16:26 PM

JimmyMack, I posted this under humor and I have acknowledged that most of the points are way off base; however I was hoping that the mocking would garner some laughter from it. This not an intended slam on the President, it's just makes you curious of what he was really thinking. And the fact that an individual don't need big government to be succesful and run their owns lives is one of the truths that you hear in the opening segment. That point alone doesn't have any qualities associated with whispering secrets up a dead mule's A$$. I'm living breathing proof of that :D

I would have posted as politics if I considered most of the narrator thoughts as serious; however they are not.

Now here’s a serious clip in a humor blog with Ben Carson on Fox News with legitimate points made in regards to the President’s state of the union. Listen to Doctor Carson reiterate facts that I have put forth before about the rich and leadership. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. I really believe that if people that oppose Fox News the 9-5 lineup they would have second thoughts on some of the policies they believed work. However they continue to do as told and don’t watch it other than snippets from MSNBC HeeHaw instead. Can anyone really tell me anything wrong with this dialogue?

Thanks for sharing Funk... I played this at work for my boss and he laugh his a$$ off.

Funkentelecky commented on Thursday, Mar 14, 2013 at 21:20 PM

OK Sheran, I’m glad you enjoyed the funny exaggerations; however another truth is the President don’t believe in a true fair share like God and fiscal responsible people i.e., Conservatives, Libertarians and Blue Dog Democrats whom are rare is our present day political spectrum.

timeontarget commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 07:09 AM

Funkentelecky I watched both clips and I too thank you.

I'd like to see Dr Carson in the White house.

10 per cent is enough for anyone to pay and he is right if we all paid an equal percentage that would be fair.

Our liberal friends simply refuse to see that which is as plain as day right before their eyes.

PoliticsNation commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 08:20 AM

Thanks for sharing. It's important to listen to both sides. I don't agree with all of the policies created under the current administration. However, I applaud him on his efforts to make health care affordable for everyone. The plan is not perfect but it's a start.

JimmyMack commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 10:03 AM

Nothing personal Funk. Just exercising my right to free speech. You had to know that I would say something. Nothing agin' you.

Funkentelecky commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 12:02 PM

Thanks TOT; Ben Carson would be an outstanding President wouldn’t he.

Thanks PoliticsNation; however the healthcare bill should have and could have been more than a start if the President were a true leader and triangulated the best ideas of both parties like 56% of Americans demanded back in 2009 and 2010. HR 3400 supported care for people with pre-existing conditions, tort reform, free market sales across state lines and kept the system in place between the patient and the doctor. The bill is less than 300 pages and Nancy Pelosi put it in committee and it didn’t reach the House floor and was shoved down our throats. Where you then and do you approve of that?

Here is my blog about the bill and if you read it you will see when I made a mistake I corrected it.

The “Empowering Patients First Act” HR 3400

This bill alone is better than Obamacare, and it doesn’t take years to find out what’s in it.
It’s also going to bring some pain to the ones who need it just to apply for coverage too:

JimmyMack, thanks to you too sir. I expected a response from you and I wanted to reiterate that it was for humor mostly. Did you find at least one mocking comment as funny?

JimmyMack commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 12:41 PM

Yes Funk I do like humor and we all have a funny bone in us I think. Cept maybe for Spot, Not, Sot or that other name he uses that rhymes with these monikers.

But...being on the Left I prefer Bill Maher over say...Dennis Miller.

Ten Fo, JimmyMack!

Sheran commented on Friday, Mar 15, 2013 at 21:49 PM

WOW! Funk, you made me feel as if you were calling me out.... This is "labeled as humor" so here is your answer.

Yes the video is funny.

Sheran that is truly a beautiful song and that particular presentation is well done.

A picture is truly worth a thousand words.

And music and song are indeed the universal language.

I hope everyone has a very happy and safe St. Patrick's Day weekend.

Funkentelecky commented on Saturday, Mar 16, 2013 at 20:14 PM

No, Sheran I wasn’t calling you out, even though most of it was funny it’s unlikely that the President was using the “C” word against or wanted the Secret Service to terminate the good doctor.

That was a GREAT remake by Simply Red of the Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes classic from 1972 (TSOP) The Sound Of Philadelphia.

Mick Hucknall does one of his greatest acts here live singing the Stylistics “You Make Me Feel Brand New” from 1974. What’s even more amazing is that Hucknall sings the lead bass and falsetto along with the background too. Take a look:

Thanks again Sheran: D

PoliticsNation, it’s been a long time since I seen that one and I admit it’s funny and just as over exaggerated as the Carson mocking.

Great clip, PN. Eddie Murphy is second only to Richard Pryor in my book when it comes to comedians.
