Apparently our federal government has done such a great job in representing our interests and managing our tax dollars that President Obama has seen fit to order that "some federal workers" receive a pay increase in 2013. According to an article just posted in The Weekly Standard online, those due to receive a raise include Vice President Biden and members of Congress.
