Obama has nowhere to go but down

Youth voters, Obama's biggest and most enthusiastic believers from four years ago have graduated into a job market from hell.

Young people are disillusioned, frightened, and broke- a bad combination.

The enthusiasm is long gone.

Turnout will be much lower among young voters, as will actual voting percentages.

This is not good news for Obama.

Electoral College

President Barrack Obama 237
Candidate Mitt Romney 191

270 votes needed to win the Presidential Election.

Seems to me that President Obama is heading to another victory.

Actually, the latest RealClearPolitics projection is Obama 201, Romney 191:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epol...

But I agree with TOT. Today was a "Savannah day," and as I returned I noticed there were a number of "Obama-Biden" signs posted along the road on Highway 196 (between 17 and 84). There were also a few on 84 between Hinesville and the overpass. One thing all the signs had in common is that they were very near - or actually in - the drainage ditch that runs alongside the highway.

And that simple fact tells it all: "Obama-Biden" and a ditch. That's exactly where they've driven this country for the past four years. Four more years = off the fiscal cliff.

Don't let it happen. Remember in November.

...but more evidence that Romney still has the momentum:

...and undoubtedly many new "converts" are weighing in through their wallets:

If they are on public land (aka ditch)then someone placed them there other than the owner/renter of the property. So I wouldn't sweat seeing them that much.

Hi up2. No - I have no problem with signs; it is the election season after all. But the signs I believe were on the "home side" of the ditch - that is, they were on the side of the ditch that is closest to the house, not closest to the road. If the easements on the highway work similar to property rules "in town," then the signs may actually be on private property.

But regardless, I thought it was apropos that the signs were so close to the ditch. I did not see a single Romney-Ryan sign during my travels today. (I did see a McCain-Palin bumper sticker, though. It was on the back of a pick-'em-up truck which also had a sticker with the stars and bars and the caption: "Old South.")

There you go playing the race card.

Don't be concerned with race.

This is a consideration of a decision about continuning down the road to becoming a socialist country or turning back to capitalism which is what made this nation great in the first place.

It doesn't matter what color we are or for that matter what we look like.

What kind of society do we want to belong to?

SF3, how low do you want our country to be? Racism in America is alive among all demographics; however it has no significance whatsoever in 2012 in regards to being able to succeed if you are willingly adopt American culture and philosophy. Consisting of personal responsibility within the confines of the constitution and free market enterprise. By the way blacks consist of only 12% of the US population and BHO couldn’t have been elected in 2008 if racism was at the level this bogus article presents!
