Well another day in Lake George with the BLAM, BOOM, BLAM, BOOM of fireworks. Wouldn't say too much about it, other then the fact that the IDIOTS started JULY 2ND and went through JULY 7TH. Now its JULY 13TH and the IDIOTS are back at the BLAM, BOOM, BLAM, BOOM. Think about it, that is EIGHT out of THIRTEEN days of the month so far.

Once again, I'll provide the county ordinance on noise for the IDIOTS who have no respect for the environment or others.

Sec. 12-50. - Anti-noise regulation generally.

Subject to provisions of this article the creating of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in the unincorporated area of the county is prohibited. Noise of such character, intensity or duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual, or in disturbance of the public peace and welfare is prohibited.

I know there are other laws under the NFPA that cover the prohibiting of fireworks specifically in residential areas... Now all we need is a working local government to correct the problem being created by IDIOTS...

I don't in general agree to blasting up neighborhoods (it is disturbing not only to humans, but the natural environment), but will somewhat deal with a night or two of it. This is the 8th night of listening to the bull**** and we are only at 13 days into the month...
