Rules and regulations, go so many ways, victim is a victim more than once. Why they take so long to bring to trail. Many questions to answer. Isn't the judge elected? Did the judge break the law? 6 years on pre-trail, Georgia judicial system, so not following many norms. Are you outraged for the victim, or because of something else... I just learned some new rules and see a fair court and a poor DA office, and the victim being a victim again, sad.
it outrageous that a Innocent child was killed and the D.A. allowed the case to drag on and let the alleged killer get off. wheres sharpton now? this is something that should have people marching in the streets. but he doesn't care about blacks killing blacks, he only shows up when he can rally a group using race baiting in order to keep raising funds for him to live on.
So many issues, so hard to bring the masses to all, this is sad, did you send this to his organization's attention. Black on Black crime is at a terrible high in America, and does not get the attention it deserves. This is an issue I support you on trying to educate persons on and also on the homicide of any person no matter what is the victim's color, race, etc...
Homicide
The same CDC reports say that homicide is the:
* the leading cause of death among black men aged 15-34 years. (Three age categories!)
* the second leading cause of death for black women aged 15-24 years.
* the fifth leading cause of death for black women aged 25-34 years.
There is no excuse for this dragging on for ten years. I am not going to speculate on the man's innocence or guilt but to have this thing hang over your head for ten years without resolution is terrible. Not to mention the mental and emotional agony for the victim's family. The responsible parties should hang their head in shame.
